NQT Plastic began with a straightforward idea, that businesses deserve a bottle supplier they can actually reach. From our facility in St. Catharines, Ontario, we manufacture PET and HDPE bottles in sizes from 1L to 20L for businesses across Canada and the United States.
We are a direct manufacturer, not a distributor. When you call us, you are speaking with the people who run the line, and that means faster answers on technical questions, tighter control over quality, and no additional margin sitting between you and your packaging.

What bottle sizes do you manufacture?

We manufacture plastic bottles from 1L to 20L. Our standard sizes are stocked and ready to ship, and we also produce custom sizes within that range. Browse the full range in our bottle catalogue, or request a quote if you do not see what you need.

What materials do you offer?

We manufacture in PET and HDPE. PET gives you clarity for products customers want to see, while HDPE gives you chemical resistance and durability for industrial, agricultural, and automotive use. Both are available in food grade resins with certificates of compliance on request.

Can I request samples?

Yes. We provide complimentary samples of our stock bottles so you can check fit, finish, and compatibility before ordering. Email info@nqtplastic.com with the sizes you would like and your shipping address. Custom bottle samples are available once tooling is complete.

Do you manufacture custom bottles?

Yes. We produce custom plastic bottles built to your specification, including shape, size, colour, and neck finish. Because we are a direct manufacturer, we handle design, tooling, and production in-house. Tooling costs and minimums vary by project, so request a quote to get specifics

Do you offer bulk and wholesale pricing?

Yes. Our pricing improves with volume, and we offer blanket orders and scheduled releases for customers with ongoing requirements. Request a bulk quote with your annual usage and we will put together pricing for your requirements.

How much does a custom bottle mould cost?

Tooling cost depends on bottle size, complexity, and cavitation. We quote tooling separately from unit pricing so you can see exactly what you are paying for.
